This notice explains what this site collects when you read it, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We run a guide to WinSpirit for Australian players. We are not a casino, we take no bets and we hold no player money.
Who handles your data
The site is run by its owner, reachable at email. Write to that address for anything in this notice, including access and deletion requests.
What we collect

We do not ask for your name, date of birth, payment details or identity documents. Anything of that kind goes to the casino on its own site, under its own privacy policy, and never passes through this site.
Cookies and analytics
Analytics cookies measure traffic in aggregate: visits, sections read, rough location by country. Affiliate cookies record that a visit came from this site so the operator can attribute a sign-up. Blocking either in your browser leaves the guide fully readable.

Who sees the data
Aggregated analytics sit with our analytics provider. Referral records sit with the affiliate platform and the casino operator, Complete Technologies N.V. The hosting provider stores server logs, including IP addresses, for security. Nobody buys or sells this data, and we publish no personal data on the site.
Sending data outside Australia
Analytics, hosting and affiliate systems run on servers outside Australia, mainly in the EU and the United States. Sending an enquiry or clicking an affiliate link means data can be processed in those countries.
Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Principles you can ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, ask for deletion, and complain if the answer doesn’t satisfy you. Write to email. We reply within 30 days. If the reply doesn’t settle it, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner takes complaints at oaic.gov.au.
Children
This site is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly keep data from anyone younger. If you believe a minor has sent us an enquiry, email us and we will delete it.
Changes
When this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes appear on the homepage for a fortnight.
